My 4 favorite supplements for anxiety relief

I love me my supplements and these are 4 of my favorites! (Disclaimer: supplements are by no means NECESSARY and it is always important to consult a physician regarding anything you take, especially as some supplements may have adverse effects with other medications. I am not a medical doctor. I choose to take these because they make ME and my body feel good and healthy. Do your research and ask your questions to a medical doctor first.) Now continue on for the good stuff!

3. Mushroom powder- various mushrooms have been shown to have a ton of health benefits. From cognitive function and mental health (anxiety) to improved sleep and boosted immune system. You can get individual Mushroom supplements or a combination such as this one called OM.

Plus 1. My FLOOF- this is Boo and I don't eat him but his Prescence and purrs (along with his brother Charlie's) calm my heart and help reduce my stress and anxiety simply by being loving squshy floofy butts 😻

1. Magnesium glycinate + L-theanine: this is my number ONE. Not only is magnesium needed for an abundance of cellular and bodily health function (think better sleep, better digestion and muscular healing, it also has been noted to relieve anxiety. Add to it l-theanine and additional physical ease and comfort can be experienced. I love this brand CALM by @lookorganics and I take it every morning and night.

2. Ashwaganda- an adaptogen from an ancient Indian herb. It is believed to have multiple health benefits for inflammation, blood sugar, mood,, stres and anxiety.I use the powder in my smoothies/shakes but it also comes in pill and tincture form.

4. Cacao- CHOCOLATE! HAHA but raw cacao (more bitter than the chocolate we're used to) is filled with nutrients called flavinoids that have been found to help inflammation, blood flow,, insulin sensitivity, relieve anxiety, and is full of minerals like magnesium that are bodies require to function optimally

Again, do your research. I have looked into EVERY supplement I take prior to taking and I stay aware and in tuned to how my mind and body feel when I begin taking them.
