Movement allows our bodies to release pent up energy which helps reduce stress hormones like cortisol and helps to increase the happy chemicals like dopamine. And then when we're feeling good, we take better action, we create better habits, we have more positive thoughts.

I’m a playful, energetic, highly sensitive Mindful Health Coach here to bring you into the world of Mindful Living through lots of play and… some work!

My journey into Mindful health and living has been an ever-evolving quest to live in peace and in joy. To wake up with a true sense of happiness and health, and to teach you how to as well, has been my mission.

A collective shift of healing from within your mind has started and if you are here today, you have probably felt it too. We cannot heal ourselves of anxiety and frustrations, of illness and weight gain without tapping into the present moment and uncovering our beliefs and mindset AROUND it. We can heal ourselves with our minds. We can live each day laughing, playing and feeling JOY as we are meant to.

I’m living proof that it is possible and I believe in the depts of my soul, it’s possible for you too.
